PHYSICALS: In accordance with New York State regulations, student physical examinations are required for all students in grades K, 1,3, 5, 7, 9 and 11, as well as all new students. When you take your child for their annual wellness check-up, please ensure that you and your pediatrician are completing/submitting the NYSED form to the school nurse: School Health Examination Form

All voting takes place at Pearl River High School's Pirate Cove located at 275 East Central Avenue.
